Netskope Compliance Reporting & Risk Scoring
We are happy to announce a significant enhancement to our shadow IT discovery feature. Josys has partnered with Netskope to provide Compliance and Risk Level Information for Discovered Apps as shown in the above screen. Discovered apps will also display its category type, allowing admins to identify redundant apps used within the same category.
IT Admins can get valuable insights into discovered apps by analyzing their Risk Level, App Category, and Compliance. This enhancement empowers admins to effectively prioritize, manage, and mitigate risks caused by use of unmanaged applications.

Intune Integration Enhancements
- Automatic User Assignment: The device’s user assignment details from Intune will now be synced to Josys, eliminating the need for manual user assignment operations on Josys.
- Field Mapping Now Available: Admins can now view the Intune Integration Setup Configuration. Users can visualize the configured field mappings between Josys and MDM.

Bug Fixes:
- The data transfer issue when deleting Dropbox accounts has been fixed.
- The inadvertent deletion of shadow users’ scheduled tasks has been addressed.
- Device search-related issues have been resolved.
- The problem with the AWS account provisioning email has been fixed, and it now includes the password field
- The Zoom account creation issue has been resolved.
