App Integration Enhancements

 

  • License Optimization & Privileged Access Monitoring: Users will now have visibility into procured licenses, app usage information, and accounts with privileged access on:
    • Tableau

  • App Usage Status:  Identify app usage and underutilized accounts in the last 30 days on the following additional apps:
    • Udemy
  • Privileged Access Monitoring: Identify admins and update privileged access permissions on the following apps.

    • Kintone Global

  • Account & Shadow Users Deletion: Directly delete shadow users from Josys on the following additional apps:
    • Lastpass
    • Linode
    • Keeper
    • AWS IAM Identity Center

Bug Fixes

  • The rate limit issues with Google Workspace integration were resolved.
  • The sorting issues on the User ID and Asset Number columns were resolved, ensuring accurate sorting for both numeric and alphanumeric values.
  • The monthly expense calculation issues were fixed. Now monthly expenses are calculated on the number of licenses, not the number of accounts.
