Why did you decide to join Josys?

I joined Josys because I believe the product is truly unique, offering a solution that is perfectly tailored to the IT sector. Beyond the product, I was impressed by the authenticity and genuine nature of the people I met during the interview process. Coupled with Josys’ success in the Japanese market, these factors made my decision to join the team a clear and exciting choice.

What excites you the most about Josys’ future, and how do you see your role contributing to the company’s vision?

What excites me most about Josys' future is the enormous potential for growth, especially within the US market. We have a vast pool of prospects, and as we continue to build and refine our pipeline, I see a significant opportunity to expand our customer base. My role is pivotal in this process, as I focus on building that pipeline and qualifying prospects—directly contributing to the company’s vision of scaling success.

How does Josys support you in bringing new ideas to the table or experimenting with innovative solutions?

Josys fosters a culture of innovation, where new ideas are actively welcomed and considered. On our US team, we're empowered to think creatively and experiment with solutions that can drive results. This freedom to innovate is not only encouraged but also seen as a key driver in our ongoing success.

What role does innovation play in Josys’s success, and how do you foster a culture that encourages creativity and out-of-the-box thinking?

Innovation is integral to the culture of Josys. The encouragement of new and creative thinking really comes from our leadership. At any level at Josys, thinking outside the box is not only tolerated but promoted. As a member of the team I believe it’s easy to bring my most out of the box ideas to the table knowing I won’t be met with judgement. It’s truly expected to try and view things differently.
