Previously, IT admins could only remotely activate the Josys browser extension on end users' laptops if the email was available on the device. With this release, admins can now use any unique device identifier (such as a login name) available on the laptop to remotely activate the browser extension. Add the Device Identity to a user profile’s Identities section within Josys.
If a device is deleted on Intune, it will remain in your Josys device inventory. Its source will switch from MDM to "Josys", allowing users to continue managing this device within Josys.
