New Features & Enhancements

SSO & MFA Monitoring

We’re excited to announce the release of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Monitoring, improving visibility into the users with SSO and MFA settings enabled on business-critical applications.

  • Supported SSO Providers: Microsoft Azure AD, Google Workspace, and Okta.

  • Supported Business-Critical Applications: Microsoft Azure AD, Google Workspace, Okta, and Salesforce.

Slack as a Josys Notification Channel

We are excited to announce a new feature that allows IT admins to receive Josys Alerts through their preferred Slack notification channel.

Key Benefits:

  • Configure private or public Slack channels to receive Josys notifications.
  • Stay updated with alerts, including:
    • Onboarding & Offboarding Pending Action Alerts
    • User Profile Out-of-Sync Alerts
    • App Renewal Alerts
    • Device Decommissioning Alerts
    • App Sync Error Alerts

Access Review Enhancements

Enhancements to Access Reviews provide better control and visibility:

  • Send reminders to employees for completing Access Review Surveys.
  • Track email delivery failures and retry sending the review requests.

These improvements ensure compliance and timely response.

User Experience Enhancements

Improved Navigation

Navigating Josys is now more intuitive with the addition of a Back Button, allowing users to return to previously visited sections effortlessly.

Roles are now displayed visually next to each user’s email, removing the Role column for a cleaner and more intuitive layout.

License Optimization Updates

We’ve added enhanced license usage tracking for Postman, enabling admins to identify optimization opportunities and reduce costs.

Bug Fixes

We’ve resolved several customer-reported issues to enhance your experience:

  1. Integration issues with Hennge and Hubspot have been resolved..
  2. Zoom’s missing User License information issue has been resolved.
  3. The issue with the Help page links in the Security Preferences tab is now resolved. The Help page correctly opens in a new browser tab.
