New Features & Enhancements

Access Review Enhancements:

We have refreshed the employee’s experience when completing access review surveys. New updates include:

Simplified survey navigation with transparent progress bar.
A mobile-responsive interface, making it easier for employees to complete the survey on any device.
Pre-submission verification checks to ensure all required questions are answered before submitting the survey.

User Experience Enhancements:

User Profile Sorting by First Name: Previously, user sorting was done solely by last name, but this new enhancement will sort users by first name.
Discovered Apps Display: The Discovered Apps Dashboard now lists “Integrable Apps” at the top of the dashboard by default.
Sort by “Integrable Apps”: You can now easily sort by “Integrable Apps” on the Discovered Apps Dashboard by clicking the “Application” title.

App Usage Status:

App Usage Status feature has been added for Microsoft Teams.
We have improved the “App Usage Status” calculation for Microsoft 365 (Azure AD). In addition to the last login date, we now also consider last activity on email and office apps to determine whether the usage status is “In use” or ”Underutilized.”

Provisioning Support:

Provisioning Support has been added for below app:

Bug Fixes:
