New Features & UX Enhancements
Shadow IT Management Enhancement
From the Managed Apps tab, users can now identify and track active accounts for “Tracked Apps.” Josys collects this usage information from the Josys browser extension and Google audit logs.
Browser Extension Activation Tracking
Josys now provides a list of users who have activated the Josys browser extension. Additionally, 4 new attributes have been introduced for enhanced user insights including browser type, invitation send date, activated date, and last used date.
Feature Improvements
- Device Filter Enhancements: Now you can create a custom field for a device using a date range. Create, track, and filter by warranty date, refresh dates, or any other custom field you would like to input.
- Duplicate Device Functionality: Effortlessly create a new device utilizing the new Duplicate Device Functionality. Through this feature, all device information, excluding asset number, serial number, and assignment details, is automatically populated from the copied device.
Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements
- Email invitations that were sending a notice to activate the browser extension to previously activated users was resolved.
- The inaccurate user profile’s department filter results were resolved.
