Remotely Activate the Josys Browser Extension
Discovering shadow IT is now easier and faster with the ability to remotely activate the Josys Browser Extension. Instead of relying on users to manually install the extension, IT administrators can now remotely trigger its activation, thereby fostering greater user adoption and the surfacing of unmanaged licenses and SaaS utilization. Here is a guide on how to activate it.
Feature Improvements:
Microsoft Intune: Real-time Sync Enabled
Users can now trigger a manual refresh of the Microsoft Intune EDS integration, eliminating the need to wait for the once-daily data refresh. This update ensures the most up-to-date Intune device data is synced with Josys.
GitHub Update
The GitHub integration has been updated to include outside collaborators, in addition to members, in the users list.
Bug Fixes & Stability Improvements
- Inactive users on Slack that were incorrectly being shown as “Activated” are now resolved.
- The data transfer issue for Google Workspace accounts on “Delete Account” has been resolved.
- Integration sync issues in Akashi and Teamspirit apps have been resolved.
- The sort order in the department’s filter and groups dropdown in Google Workspace (GWS) integration is fixed and is sorting alphabetically.
