Josys Audit Logs

Introducing the exciting launch of Audit Logs – providing IT admins a clear, centralized view of all critical activities. Designed to enhance transparency, accountability, and security. This new feature simplifies monitoring activity across your Josys environment.

With Audit Logs, admins are now able to:

• Track key events across user profiles, app integrations, licenses, security settings, and many more.
• Review details including time, actor, status (success/fail), and targeted entity.
• Easily filter and search events to quickly locate information required.
• Export logs for compliance, audits, or internal reviews.

AI-Powered Access Policy & Drift Detection

Policy Generation:

• With Josys AI, user and access data are automatically analyzed to propose smart group clusters (department/role/location).
• Generate recommended baseline access policies based on actual usage patterns.
• IT admins can then establish secure, consistent policies in just one click.

Drift Detection:

• Real-time drift detection, IT admins can easily spot policy gaps.
• Flags apps not covered by any policy and users missing access within a policy.
• Helping admins quickly identify and remediate inconsistencies.

Feature Enhancements

External Data Sources: User Profiles

We’ve added new external data integrations to make the import of user profiles more accurate and seamless. Josys now enables IT Admins to integrate with three new sources: 

• Okta
• HENNGE One
• Kaonavi

‍Josys AI – Data Refinery

We’ve added editing capabilities to Magic Import (Preview), enabling IT admins to review and fine-tune Josys AI’s inference results for improved data accuracy.

• Applied across Users, Devices, Tracked Apps, and Licenses, this feature update ensures more accurate and reliable data management throughout the platform.
  
  

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for Tracked Apps

With this feature enhancement, IT Admins can now configure RBAC for Tracked Apps:

• Permissions can now be set as All / Read Only / No Access.
• Providing consistent access control across both integrated and tracked apps functionalities.
