New Features & Enhancements

Browser Extension Improvements:

Remote Activation: Admins can seamlessly activate the browser extension remotely using MDMs or Google Workspace Admin console without any intervention from the end user.
Discovery Enhancement: Josys browser extension will now only discover SaaS apps where the user spends at least 180 seconds, enhancing the accuracy of app detection and usage tracking.
Track Version: The browser extension version is now displayed on remotely activated user profiles.
New Filter Added: Josys admins can now filter users using the “Activated via” Email or Third Party tools options.

End Use Enhancement: End users can view the status of their activation by clicking the extension icon in their browser.
