It's been an exciting month of product innovations here at Josys! We’re thrilled to introduce a host of powerful new features to the Discovery App Dashboard, making it easier than ever to safeguard your organization’s IT environment.
In addition to our seamless Google Workspace integration, the silent Josys Browser Extension, and hundreds of other app integrations, we’ve taken shadow IT discovery to the next level. With the integration of Microsoft Azure AD audit logs and sign-in activity, your team can now identify even more unknown app utilization. Thanks to our QuickScan feature, this detection process takes as little as 15 minutes after integrating these apps—giving you immediate insights.
To further empower IT teams, we’ve integrated Netskope's Cloud Confidence Index (CCI). This feature evaluates the risk levels of newly discovered apps, providing crucial information like compliance certificates and app type to help IT teams prioritize which apps to review and approve—ensuring your organization remains secure and compliant.
We’re also excited to announce the launch of the Global Dashboard in our Multi-Tenant Portal! This new feature unifies all tenant data into one centralized, actionable dashboard, simplifying management at scale.
Discover all the details about these exciting updates below!
We have added Azure AD (Entra ID) as a new app discovery source, significantly enhancing our shadow IT discovery capabilities. Josys now supports App discovery through Azure AD, Google Workspace, and the Josys browser extension, providing comprehensive shadow IT detection.

We have expanded our SaaS database by integrating Netskope’s proprietary Cloud Confidence Index™ (CCI). This enhancement increases our coverage from 2,500 to 14,500 apps and provides information on compliance, risk levels, and app categories on the Discovered Apps dashboard.
Customers no longer have to wait overnight to see discovered apps for the first time. With QuickScan Discovery, apps can be identified within 15 to 45 minutes of an app being used, expediting visibility of shadow IT. Detection turnaround time depends on the volume of each app’s audit logs, but IT admins can monitor the QuickScan Discovery status from the Scheduled Tasks section.
Previously in beta, the MTP now consolidates real-time tenant data into a global dashboard view, making it easy for MTP Admins to manage their tenants’ SaaS environments. Here’s a snapshot of what’s included:
Additionally, the dashboard also provides effortless navigation to individual tenants for the admin to take immediate action.
2. MTP admins can now add an existing Josys administrator as a MTP administrator and vice versa. This allows MTP admins to be managed on Josys as a regular employee.
